David joined THE Foundation Board as its Treasurer in 2023. Having served on the Valley Beth Shalom Day School Board and chair of its technology committee for six years prior to the pandemic, he brings a good mix of professional and educational board experience to THE Foundation. David is president of Wilmanco, Inc, an electronics contract manufacturing company. David’s experience also includes CPA and law firm management. David received his BS in Applied Math with a Specialization in Computing from UCLA. David also holds a Certified Public Accountants license (inactive) in California and was recognized as a Certified Information Technology Professional by the AICPA.

David has two daughters, Rachel and Sara. Rachel went to A.E. Wright, graduated from CHS class of 2023 and is currently at SDSU. Sara went to A.C, Stelle and is currently at CHS.
